A rich menu which represents the Tuscan
cookery tradition, with both fresh meat and sea food

Near to the crackles and
relaxing fire of the chimney in winter time, or under the shadow
of the centuries old pines in summer time, you will taste the
typical dishes linked to the original recipes of the Tuscan cookery,
adapt to whom wants rediscover flavours and taste nearly lost.
The restaurant
disposes of three internal rooms, one of them for smokers and
two external rooms near the games

We suggest you to taste
the most typical and famous dishes
like pappardelle with wild boar sauce, tagliolini primavera with
vegetables, Castagneto Carducci style tortelli, Tuscan style soup
, baked wild boar with Tuscan olives, T-bone steak and steak of
Cinta Senese, cheese and cold meats typical of this region and
big choose of made own dessert. All kinds of pasta
is made by ourselves, according to our mum’s tradition.
